What to expect from the programme 

Be New For You has been put together to help those that might be going through low mood and mild depression, you may have been struggling recently with difficult events or find it difficult to control negative thoughts and feelings on a daily basis as a result and are tired with this and want to start feeling free and happy again. It has been designed to give you a simple to follow yet realistic approach on feeling more positive in your life. To gain more control over your cognitive and emotional self.

In this programme I am going to show you how to regain your happy thoughts and change harmful behavioral patterns that will enable you to move forward in your life. This programme will help you to feel new, feel better emotions and be comfortable with yourself and environment.

Would you like to have fun by learning to create music enabling you to express yourself?

Classes for inexperienced and experienced

The Soundwell music school is a place where you can learn how to record and create music in a fun and relaxed way. Improvising in music is a skill that anyone can learn and there are classes for all levels. These classes are focused to help wellbeing.

Soundwell specialise in music improvisation, the art of composing and recording at the same time; it is to invent on the spot and this can be used to serve as a remarkable remedy for pain, anxiety. It helps with expression, relaxation, calmness and sense of focus.

You don’t need to be experienced in making music. If you just want something fun to do, enabling you to express yourself.

The main classes held are virtual, and you can create music via the internet software which we use, which is free to enrol. We also hold in person classes. 

There are two types of classes, one which is more freeform for those that want more of a relaxed fun approach and the other classes are for those that may want to build a career in music.

The Art Of Stillness (Wellbeing Webinar)

Weekly Webinar online; Tuesdays

This wellness webinar will help you feel calmer and more relaxed. Moreover, it will help increase your focus, strength and peace. Stillness will equip you to deal with high demand of work and life stresses.

Make better decisions and form strong boundaries. Furthermore, enable you to move at a pace that is beneficial to you while getting things done.

We will look at grounding yourself. Building the foundation of inner peace and stillness. Stillness, Placidity and Equanimity are the three cornerstones that will be explored to reach inner awareness, calmness and the state of emotional balance. To centre your being and manage stressful events it would be benefical to learn The Art of Stillness. This class is taught by Ricky who has been a Daoist for over 10 years. These webinars are run weekly.

 


EMOTION DYNAMICS WORKSHOP (Removing Emotional Barriers for better Health & Wellbeing)

Monthly Workshop online; Thursdays

Breaking down the three main emotions into categories makes it easy to start uncovering the barriers to emotional wellness. Emotions can be complex, where do you start when you’re too deep in your emotions.

In these sessions which are held monthly, we will first discover what you are resisting and not listening too, to then start the work of removing the emotional block. Remember emotions are a good thing they just need to keep moving and flowing with our body and mind to sustain health and wellbeing.

In this class we will look at the source to feeling and how do we get back to balance.


Zenzo Meditation Programme (Learn how to learn the basics of meditation)

Zenzo Meditation Programme invites you to learn how to learn the fundamentals of meditation — cultivating awareness, calm, and clarity from the inside out. Learn Stillness meditation which uses relaxation of the body to quiet and calm the mind.

It is a great way to release physical tension and destress which anyone can learn. Through gentle guidance and practical techniques, participants discover how to build a sustainable meditation practice that nurtures focus, emotional balance, and inner peace in everyday life.
